To strengthen our continuous business growth ambition in Bangladesh, Arla Foods is currently looking for an energetic and strategic individual for the position of Executive - Key Accounts & E-Commerce.
Executive - Key Accounts & E-Commerce
Job Location: Dhaka (Mostly in Distribution House, occasionally in Head office)
SALARY: Negotiable
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- With the booming Modern Trade & e-commerce sector in BD, set right strategy to enlist Arla portfolio in all chain & standalone outlets and top contributory e-com sites.
- Set individual monthly, quarterly and yearly targets to drive organizations business goal and performance tracking of SMOs and BP.
- Negotiate and implement right business plan with critical customers account for the mutual benefit of both companies and customers.
- Design and on time execution of consumer promotions and instore visibility (POSM) programs.
- Acquisition of new customers – build business proposals and perform effective business negotiations.
- Planning and presenting reports on account progress, goals, and quarterly initiatives.
- Customer complaint management to maintain trust.
- Perform regular post evaluation on deals/proposals to ensure profitable business growth.
- Distributor’s Management: debt/credit and ensure payment terms. Ensure the right SCR & product portfolio is available + stocks management & forecasting.
- Working with cross functional team members to ensure smooth business operation in MT & E-com.
- Monitor and minimize the level of bad goods returns by establishing policy to control.
- Minimum BBA Graduate from any Public or Private University.
- Minimum 1 year experience in FMCG Sales is preferable. Experience in Key Accounts & E Commerce will be bonus.
- Good Communication, Negotiation and Analytical Skills are required.
- Self-Driven and "can do" attitude.
