JOB OPENING IN Officer - Fleet Administration

The Opportunity
The Officer - Fleet Administration position is responsible for providing effective, efficient, and timely administrative, and logistical support services needed by the project/program office, using a variety of office management, communication, and organizing skills. The role holder is to coordinate with different departments and assign vehicles based on value for money and requirement, verify the vehicles, and check if the drivers are compliant with the stipulated regulations. The individual also must have the vehicles serviced and keep records of the repair maintenance, ensure the refresher training for all the drivers, keep track of the vehicles on the run by VTS, ensure monthly fleet report and any other deviation in vehicle deployment report in due time. Furthermore, the position holder must supervise all the vehicles and drivers and be ready to work in any emergency as per the organization’s policy.
Qualifications and experience
- At least three years of working experience in a similar role which can be flexible for qualified female candidates.
- Experience working with INGOs/ UN sector in a similar field.
- Excellent communication skills and problem-solving abilities.
- Good knowledge of updated traffic rules.
- Bachelor’s degree in Management/ Administration/ Diploma in Automobile or related field.
- No child dies from preventable causes before their 5th birthday
- All children learn from a quality basic education and that,
- Violence against children is no longer tolerated
