Executive - Packing Operation
Main Responsibility
Manage & lead all the activities of packing plant (Plastic section).
Prepare & maintain production plan that includes budgeting requirements & capital expenditure.
Manage the development & implementation of an effective safety program covering people, product & minimize any risk to stuff or equipment’s.
Input Production reports to SAP system.
Develop and implement preventive and condition-based maintenance schedules.
Train and develop operators for efficient and effective running of packing plant.
Investigate and troubleshoot plant/process problems.
Develop annual budget and implement them in continuous improvement.
Implement and coordinate HACCP and OSHE standards & objectives.
Perform job-time analysis and implement efficient manpower planning.
Assist project teams to implementing new projects.
Requirements:
Graduate in Mechanical/ Electrical Engineering/ Masters in Applied Physics from reputed institution.
3-5 years of hands-on experience in operating modern packing plant.
Conversant with OHSAS 18001:2007, ISO 14001:2005 and 22000:2005/HACCP.
Basic understanding of mechanical, electrical and instrumentation related maintenance and troubleshooting.
Strong, dynamic but amiable personality - capable of handling large teams of industrial workers.
