Job Title : Executive, Production / QC / QA/ PD
Job Location : This position is located at the factory of Opsonin Pharma Ltd. in Barishal.
Executive, Production:
Educational Qualification: M. Pharm
Major Job Responsibilities:
- Ensuring smooth product supply to the domestic and foreign market in accordance with the production schedule and following the instruction of BMR.
- Ensuring cleanliness of machineries & production area to prevent contamination.
- Preparation of BMR & SOP for machineries and production processes.
- Supervising process & subordinates’ activities and ensuring cGMP in every stages of production.
- Ensure maximum utilization of resources (Man, Machine and Materials).
Executive, QC:
Educational Qualification: M.Pharm/ M.Sc. in Chemistry/ Applied Chemistry/ Bio-Chemistry
Major Job Responsibilities:
- Analysis & documentation of Raw/Packaging Material, Bulk Product & Finished product as per procedure.
- Preparation of working standard & documentation, CRS monitoring, control etc.
- Preparation and standardization of volumetric solution and general reagent solution.
- Calibration of laboratory equipment’s and Daily accuracy check to ensure GLP.
- Prepare the method, specification and SOP relevant to Quality Control activity.
Executive, QA:
Educational Qualification: M.Pharm
Major Job Responsibilities:
- In process check in every stages of manufacturing and packaging as per SOP.
- On-line checking of BMR/BPR and batch documents compilation.
- Preparation and review of SOP, Validation/Qualification protocol and report.
- Investigation and CAPA tracking of Deviation, QIR, OOS and Customer Complaints.
- Carry out Annual Product Quality Review as per current guideline.
Executive, PD:
Educational Qualification: M.Pharm
Major Job Responsibilities:
- Analysis of raw material and prepare relevant documents & specification.
- Formulation development, optimization and commercialization.
- Product specification preparation, analytical method development and validation.
- Conduct Stability Study as per current guideline.
- Process validation and technology transfer.
Competence Requirements:
- Experience : 1-2 years of working experience in any reputed Pharmaceutical Company is preferred. Fresh candidates are also encouraged to apply.
- Proficient in word processor and spreadsheet.
- Willing to work under pressure.
- Good team player.
- Good inter-personal skill.
Communication Skill : Good communication skill both in Bangla & English
Age Limit : Within 30 years of age
