Customer Care Executive (Morning & Evening Shift)

Salary: Tk. 9000 - 10000 (Monthly)  Full time


Job Context

  • Job Location: Lalmatia
  • Working Time:
  • Morning Sift : 8 am - 4 pm (Only Female) ,  10 am - 6 pm (Only Female)
  • Evening Shift 2 pm - 10 pm (Only Male)
  • Work from Home :  10 am - 7 pm

Job Responsibilities
  • Receive & make call to the customers.
  • Capable to handle customer queries & complains instantly.
  • Capable to handle Inbound/outbound calls.
  • Collect customer's feedback.
  • Must able to work by shifting & willingly work in Govt holidays.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Positive attitude and self motivated.
  • Make Report to Supervisor.

Additional Requirements
  • Age 21 to 26 years
  • Both males and females are allowed to apply.
  • The applicants must have experience in the following business area(s): E-commerce , Courier company , Facebook page , Customer Support through Phone ,  Tel Marketing, Call Center Supervision/ Management
  • Strong interpersonal & communication skill.
  • Computer Literacy is must , English & Bangla typing speed minimum 40 wpm .
  • Experienced candidates will get high preference.
  • Ability to navigate through software applications.
  • Responsible, reliable, highly energetic, polite and hardworking, Punctual.
  • Co-operative and challenging mentality to work with team member.
  • Communicate clearly over the phone and demonstrate good listening skills.
  • Must be have excellent communication skill in English.

বাংলাদেশ পুলিশের ক্যাডেট সাব-ইন্সপেক্টর অব পুলিশ (নিরস্ত্র) পদের প্রকৃত শূন্যপদের বিপরীতে নিয়োগের লক্ষ্যে উপযুক্ত আগ্রহী পুরুষ ও নারী প্রার্থীদের অনলাইনে আবেদন আহ্বান করা হচ্ছে। আবেদনের জন্য প্রযোজ্য শর্তাবলিসহ অন্যান্য তথ্যাদি নিম্নে উল্লেখ করা হলো- শিক্ষাগত যোগ্যতা ও অভিজ্ঞতাঃ  অনুমোদিত বিশ্ববিদ্যালয় হতে নুন্যতম স্নাতক ডিগ্রির অধিকারী এবং কম্পিউটারে অভিজ্ঞতা সম্পন্ন হতে হবে। শারীরিক যোগ্যতাঃ (ক)  পুরুষ প্রার্থীদের(সকল কোটা) জন্য উচ্চতা ৫ ফুট ৬ ইঞ্চি এবং বুকের মাপ স্বাভাবিক অবস্থায় ৩২ ইঞ্চি ও স্ফীত অবস্থায় ৩৪ ইঞ্চি হতে হবে।   (খ)  নারী প্রার্থীদের জন্য সব কোটায় উচ্চতা ৫ ফুট ৪ ইঞ্চি হতে হবে। প্রার্থীদের ওজন উচ্চতা ও বয়স অনুযায়ী নির্ধারণ করা হবে। বয়স সীমাঃ  আবেদনের জন্য প্রার্থীদের বয়স ২২ ফেব্রুয়ারি ২০২৪ তারিখে ১৯ থেকে ২৭ বছর হতে হবে।  এসএসসি/সমমান সার্টিফিকেটে উল্লিখিত জন্মতারিখই চুড়ান্ত বলে গণ্য হবে। শুধু অবিবাহিত নারী ও পুরুষরা আবেদন করতে পারবেন।  বেতন ও সুযোগ-সুবিধাঃ  সাফল্যজনকভাবে মৌলিক প্রশিক্ষন সমাপ্তির পর ২০১৫ সালের জাতীয় বেতন স্কেলের দশম গ্রেড অনুযায়ী ১৬,০০০-৩৮,৬৪০ ট
